What is the Work Orders view?
The Work Orders view of the Financial History tab shows the work order number associated with any charges. There are potentially seven columns in this view: Date, Amount, Tax, (code) Description, Workorder, User, Balance, and Acct# Name.
- Date: Shows the business date of the transaction.
- Amount: Shows the amount of the transaction.
- Tax: Shows the total amount of any taxes on the transaction.
- (code) Description: Shows the three-character bill code (if applicable) and a description of the transaction.
- Workorder: If the entry is for a charge associated with a work order that work order number appears here.
- User: The initials of the Trash Flow user who entered the transaction.
- Account# Name: This option shows when the account is the master Bill to account and View Sub Accounts is selected. It shows the account number and name where the charge was made.
