Recovering Deleted Customers

Explains how to access a customer account that had been deleted.
Context
As a general rule we advise against deleting customers in Trash Flow unless it's a case where the account was created in error in the first place. However, it can happen that an account gets deleted and someone needs to access the account again some time later.
Steps to follow
- Click .
- If you don't have much information about the account in question click In Order; this will go through every deleted customer in the system and ask whether you want to restore the account.
- If you know the customer's name click and look up the account as usual.
- If you know approximately when the account was deleted click and enter a date range; Trash Flow will list all accounts that were deleted in that time span.
When you're done
The account will be restored as it was just before deletion, without a balance or containers and not on any routes.
