Creating a Route Inactivity Report
This article explains how to create a report of any route stops for which the driver recorded no activity in TeleRoute.
Before You Begin
You must have the Routing module and active licenses for AVS and TeleRoute. A driver must have used TeleRoute in order to get this report.
Context
Drivers using TeleRoute finish each stop by tapping either Picked Up, Trash Not Out, Bin Blocked, or Stop Skipped. This report is meant to help find any stops that were missed completely.
Steps to follow
-
From the Trash Flow tilebar, click Reports > TeleRoute Reports > Route Inactivity Report.
-
Enter a Start Date and End Date that you want the report to cover.
-
Use the checkboxes to select data you want to include in the report.
-
(Optional) Adjust formatting options like Format and Line Spacing.
-
Click OK to review the Route Inactivity Report.
When You're Done
The image below shows a sample report that lists only stops with no TeleRoute activity during the selected date range.
