Setting Container Options
- Cnt Place Notes on Route: Container placements have their own Notes tab, normally for something you would want to show up every time you print a work order for that location. Checking this box makes those notes also show up on a route sheet if you’ve put the container on a regularly run route.
- List Cont by Location: If this option is checked then when you add a customer with container placements to a route, the placements will be listed by the location name rather than by the street address.
- Rental End Date: This chooses whether calculating rental days should be based off the date a work order was actually completed or the date the customer requested it to be done. It is meant for situations where you would not want to charge customers rent if you could not empty the container on time.
- Set date on Cont Move: If this option is selected, you will be able to choose a date when moving a container from one placement to another. (This is done by clicking from the menu of a container placement.)
- Show Inactive Containers: This options sets whether inactive container placements should show up by default on the customers' Boxes tab.
