Create a Bulk Email Batch Report

This page explains how to get a report about bulk emails sent to your customers using either the customer list or the route sheet. This report can tell you how many emails were sent out and which customers were missed because there's no email address on the account. Please note that these are different from the email bills you might send your customers.

Before You Begin

You must use our Trashbilling service and bulk emailing must be enabled under System > Setup > EFT Setup > Unified BillCom Setup. In order to generate the report you must also have sent out at least one bulk emailing from the customer list or the route sheet menu.

Create the Report

  1. From the Trash Flow tilebar click Reports > System Reports and Info > EFT Bulk Email Batch Report.
  2. Use the Start Date and End Date fields to pick the range desired.
  3. Check Show Exceptions if desired. If checked then the report will list every customer who fit the criteria to receive an email but did not have an address on file.
  4. Click OK to view the report.

Sample Reports

Below is an example of how this report appears without showing exceptions. Each line represents a single batch and includes the batch number created automatically by Trash Flow, the date it was sent, the total number of emails included, and the email subject line.

If Show Exceptions is checked then the report also shows the eligible customers who did not receive the email; see below for an example.
