- Multiple bill grps in billing: If this option is selected when you print bills you will be prompted whether to add another bill group to the print batch.
- Age by months: If this option is selected account aging will be displayed by calendar months rather than by 30 days, 60 days, etc.
- If this option is selected the customer's aged balance will print at the bottom of a full-page bill. If unchecked the aging prints right below the bill total
- Print Bills for Sold: If this option is selected then customers marked as Sold will continue to get a bill printed. You can mark a customer as being sold to another company on the Misc. tab.
- Show Security Deposits on Bills: If this option is selected any account with a security deposit will have a line for "Funds currently on deposit" below the amount due on bills.
- Incl Invoice Payment Details: If this is option is selected invoices will show a list of any payments toward that invoice. Each entry will show the date it was applied, a payment description, the amount, and the date the payment was originally made.
- Incl TipTicket Details: If this option is selected any charges made through TipTicket will show the inbound time and weight, outbound time and weight, net tonnage, and truck ID. The bill will always show the ticket numbers regardless.
- Default Bill Type: Sets whether new customers should default to getting a printed bill, an email bill, or both.
- Default Ticket Type: Sets whether new TipTicket customers should default to getting a printed scale ticket, an emailed ticket, or both.
- Hide WO/Tkt on Var Chrg: If this option is selected then printed bills will not include any work order or ticket numbers next to the charges.
