Sample Report
This report is sorted alphabetically by customer, then by bill codes used to charge them. The report lists the customer, the bill code, the quantity, the dollar amount charged, and the number of loads. It then goes to the next bill code used for that customer, repeating until it reaches the last bill code used. The report then goes to the next customer on the list and repeats the process until finished. If you choose to show detailed charges then under every bill code the report shows each ticket in the date range: the number, bill code used to charge, customer name, truck, amount charged, and quantity of material. The Bill Code Summary at bottom lists the description for each bill code, the total quantity, amount charged, and number of loads in the date range.
