What Do I Do If a Stop Is Missing From a Route Sheet?
If no stops at all are printing on a route sheet, it almost certainly means that you are attempting to print the route sheet on a day when the route isn’t run. (Example: you’ve set up a route called “Wednesday Truck 1” and set the route to be run only on Wednesdays. If you try to print that route on Tuesday without changing the date, Trash Flow will not see any stops to be picked up that day and will print an empty route sheet.) When you click and select a route to print, make sure that you choose a Route Date when the route will be run.
If the route sheet is printing with a missing stop, make sure that the stop is still on the route itself; click and select the customer’s route. Also check that the customer’s address shows up next to their name—if you see the word “Cancelled,” then someone has given this customer an end date to cancel their service. If everything looks correct so far, right-click anywhere within the route screen and click and make sure the Period is set correctly—Weekly, Biweekly, etc. Days on which the route will be picked up should be set to ; all other days should be set to .
If you’ve not yet found anything out of the ordinary, right-click the stop and click . Make sure the Interval Type is correct and that the day for which you’re printing a route sheet is set to . See if the First Pickup date is after the day for which you’re printing the route. Finally, see if anything has been entered into Number of Weeks to skip.
