If you want to track the amount of specific materials entering and leaving the landfill, click . Enter a Description of a material and press ENTER. Enter a Unit of Measure (usually TON or YDS). Repeat as needed for any other materials, then click .
Next you can create variable-rate bill codes and/or assign existing codes to be used when charging for those materials. Each material you track must have at least one bill code. Click . When creating or modifying codes here, use the TipTick Material field to tell TipTicket that from now on anytime you make a charge using this bill code you’re also logging the amount of this material coming into or leaving the facility.
About Materials in TipTicket
Once bill codes have been associated with a material in TipTicket, every tip using one of those bill codes will also log the quantity in the materials list. You can click in TipTicket to see the current inventory of all material types. You can also run reports () with many different sorting options to see the quantity of materials processed over a given date range.
