- Bal on all history lines: By default transactions on the customer‘s History tab only list the running balance on the right-hand side if the entry changes the balance; items that do not affect what the customer owes you (such as work orders, weights, and invoices) will not list the balance to the right. Checking this option makes the balance show up on every line.
- Disable DataDaemon here: Checking this box prevents the DataDaemon from running locally on a user’s computer. This might be used if that computer has an unreliable network connection, to free up space on a user’s taskbar, or to suppress error messages.
- Manually Sequence BG: Checking this box lets you go into the bill group menu to set them in a specific order. By default Trash Flow will list all bill groups in alphabetical order in the dropdown menu.
- Manually Edit Lat/Long: Trash Flow geocodes customer and container locations by checking the address in Google Maps. Checking this box will also let you edit a customer's address to directly enter a known latitude and longitude.
- Multi-Business Accounting in TB: Do not check this option unless advised to do so by a Trash Flow technician. This setting affects how deposits from TrashBilling.com are recorded in Trash Flow when you are operating more than one business.
- Return Stub on Postcards: This option is checked by default. When printing postcard bills each card contains the phrase RETURN THIS STUB WITH PAYMENT. Uncheck the box to stop including this line.
