Trash Flow tracks every activity recorded in TeleRoute for a customer. On customers with regular trash pickup the hope is to just see "Picked Up" week after week. Other activities that might show up are Trash Not Out, Dumpster Blocked, Image, Note, and Route Extra. Customers who get containers on call from you will have different entries: Work Order Started, Work Order Completed, Landfill, Container Left, Image, Note, and Work Order Extra.

if you use Trash Flow‘s messaging feature you can right-click an image to send a copy to the email address on file. (This would normally be done to prove that a dumpster was blocked or overfilled, their trash was scattered over the lawn, etc.) If you need a separate copy of the image for legal purposes, or to send to a different email address, or just for your own archives you can also drag and drop the image outside Trash Flow. Click and hold down the mouse button on the "Y" in the Img column, then move your mouse to the folder or file you want, then release the mouse button; Trash Flow will copy the .jpg image file to that location.

You also have the option to include TeleRoute history anytime you print customer info. Note that this information gets saved immediately to the customer’s account when the data arrives in Trash Flow from the tablets; you don’t have to do anything extra when processing route exceptions or completing work orders. Finally, you can run a TeleRoute Activity Report for a specific customer (usually a busy contractor with many work orders) to get totals on the activities you see here.
