Sending and Receiving TeleRoute Messages in the Office
Description
The drivers using TeleRoute and the office workers using TrashFlow can send each other messages to communicate while the routes are being run.
Before You Begin
A driver must already be logged in to TeleRoute to receive a message; you cannot, say, send a message in the afternoon to show up for a driver the next morning.
Context
Sometimes circumstances change after the driver has left for the day: someone calls for a special pickup, a delinquent customer pays their bill, a new stop is added, etc. On the other hand a driver may need to notify the office about something: a stop leaves out too much trash, road construction causes a change in the route, they start to fall behind, etc.
