This describes how to reprint a scalehouse ticket that has already been generated in the TipTicket program.
Before You Begin
You must have the TipTicket module for this to work, and the ticket must have already been created; if it appears in customer history it can be reprinted.
Context
Sometimes a printer malfunctions, or a customer loses their ticket, or you need to compare tickets with other records. This function allows you to reprint a ticket exactly as it existed when generated for the customer. This is deliberate, to make sure you are seeing the same ticket the customer did. If you need to change something then instead use the Retrieve Ticket command.
Steps To Follow
- Click .
- Enter the ticket desired and click .
- Click if you want a printed copy, or if viewing the ticket gives you the information you need.
- Please note that you can alternatively reprint a ticket by right-clicking on it in the financial history window of the customer's account. Choose Reprint Ticket for a printed copy or ReEmail Ticket if the customer elects to receive tickets via email.
