Trash Flow comes with software that lets our technical support team, with your permission, log in to your computer remotely. Call Trash Flow tech support at the number below. Click System > Remote Desktop Support, then click OK. If this is the first time you are using our remote tool then your web browser will open a web page to download and install the Splashtop SOS program on your computer; follow the prompts to complete the process. If you have ever used the service you will see a prompt where you can click Yes to run Splashtop immediately. Give the Trash Flow technician the nine-digit number. They will then be able to see what’s on your monitor; this can be very helpful in diagnosing problems and answering questions.
