Reading the Prebill Detail Report

This topic explains how to get a report about the bills you're about to send out.

What is the Prebill Detail Report?

This report lists who is about to get a bill, how much it’s for, whether the bill is print or email, and the total amount you are about to bill out.

Why run the Prebill Detail Report?

This is an optional report that some people like to run when printing bills. It can be used to check whether the bill amounts look reasonable, to review who will be getting email bills, and to note the total amount being billed out.

How to print the Prebill Detail Report?

This report is only accessible when printing bills for a group. Choose the billing format, choose the options you want on the bills, then click OK. Click View Prebill Detail Report to review and/or print.
