Description
This report tracks the placements you have created on the customer Boxes tab: the sizes, addresses, rates, last time they were dumped, etc.
Before You Begin
You must have Trash Flow's Container Tracking module to run this report.
Context
This report is a way to answer questions like "How long have my boxes been out a customer jobsites?", "How many of my customers have 20-yards?", "Are any of my front-load customers missing rates?", etc. If you track which size containers you bring to customers but do not track the specific container numbers this report is the best way to find out how many active container placements are set up in Trash Flow along with the date they were last serviced and what kind of boxes are there.
Steps to follow
- Use the usual filtering options to choose which customer accounts will be included.
- Narrow down which placements should be included (if desired) based on the truck, dispatcher, and driver who last serviced the placement; the container type, size in yards, and service type; and whether or not to include inactive placements and ended accounts.
- Use the checkboxes to decide whether to show rates, addresses, and notes.
- Choose whether the format should be a standard printout or an Export to CSV. The latter will create a comma-separated value (CSV) file to be opened by a spreadsheet program.
- Click to review and print.
