Understanding CASS

The U.S. Post Office’s CASS system provides certification for mailing addresses. When using certified ZIP+4 addresses and placing the bills in route delivery order, you are essentially doing part of the post office’s job and making their work much easier. By certifying the addresses to which you mail bills, sorting your bills in trays provided by your local post office, and bringing the trays to your post office along with signed forms and payment, you get a discount on postage. For more information about using CASS certification, please call our sales team at (800) 852-5199.
