About Printed Bill Formats

When printing bills, you may notice that you can choose from a wide variety of bill formats. Trash Flow includes different formats created over many years for different customers’ needs, but you will rarely if ever use most of them. When printing bills you will likely want to choose either postcards (Cards-USPS),plain paper statements, or plain paper invoices. Trash Flow sells yellow or white perforated postcard sheets, blue or white paper for statements and invoices, work orders, coupon paper, dot-matrix bill paper, and other billing supplies; call 800-852-5199 for prices or to order supplies.

Many haulers send out postcards for residential trash bills. Postage is cheaper than first-class mail, and can be cheaper yet if you take advantage of CASS. The sample postcard below shows the business name and return address, the bill date and the customer’s account number, details of the service(s) the customer is being charged for, the customer’s webID number to pay online, the terms and balance due, and of course the customer’s name and address.
