Trash Flow’s Address Verification System (AVS) starts the process of geocoding all addresses in the system will:
- Check all billing addresses against a database of verified addresses from the U.S. Postal Service, correcting any addresses it can and giving you a report of addresses it couldn’t find;
- Find all physical addresses and container placement locations and let you view them on a map;
- Let you open a map with the locations of all a driver’s scheduled work orders;
- Let you open a map with the locations of all customers along a set route;
- Give reports of any addresses it couldn’t find or that were located far from your service area; and
- Do all of the above for any new addresses you enter or change.
You can see examples below of the Map tab on a customer account and of the larger map showing all a driver’s work orders for the day. Please note that AVS is a prerequisite for our TeleRoute software; you must purchase AVS in order to buy TeleRoute licenses for your trucks.
