Open MatTrack by clicking the MatTrack button on the Trash Flow tilebar or pressing the F7 key on your keyboard. Click F4-Add or press the F4 key. Enter the weight of the tip in the TON field and/or the yardage in the YRD field. If desired, you can also enter the dollar Amount charged and the landfill’s Ticket number. Change the Date of the tip if necessary. Use the drop-down menus to choose the Material, Truck, Dropsite, and/or Origin for the tip. Click OK to record the transaction.

About Recording Tips

You do not have to fill in every field for every transaction. However, MatTrack requires that you enter 1) either the weight or yardage of the tip and 2) at least one of the Material, Truck, or Dropsite. Note that you cannot enter new materials, trucks, dropsites, or origins when trying to record a tip. If you need to make a new entry here, do so from the System menu as outlined in Setting Up MatTrack.
