Changing Work Order Actions
You can change the terms used to describe work orders in Trash Flow to match the terminology and workflow at your business. What’s more, you can create entirely new actions that behave the way you wish.
Editing the Default Actions
The default actions are listed below. Each is linked to one or more rates from the customer’s container placement. When you complete a work order, Trash Flow uses the action chosen to charge those rates to the customer. The actions available for a work order are listed below along with which fields from the container placement will be charged.
- DROP: Drop a container at the customer’s location. (Drop). Other Common Descriptions: Deliver, Spot, Place.
