This page is intended as a reminder. If you are preparing to let customers pay their bills online and take electronic payments for the first time, please call Trash Flow at 1-800-708-8642 for training.
Before You Begin
You must have one of Trash Flow's billing modules. Your salesperson can answer any questions you have about how Trash Billing works. We will send you the agreement via an online service called Docusign. Once we receive that signed agreement our Trash Billing department will verify some information with the IRS, your bank, your state's administration that regulates business entities, and other possible sources. For the security of your business and your customers we will contact you to confirm some of the information you provide.
Context
In order to send email bills, run credit card payments, sign up customers for automatic payment, and allow customers to pay online you need to decide which options you want to use and enable them. This will always be done with a Trash Flow technician the first time the services are enabled. In practice most companies enable as much as they can, allowing customers to make one-time payments, sign up for automatic payments or email billing, etc.
