Creating a Custom Event

Click System > Setup > Lists > Event Types. Type a Description and click OK to save the event.

About Custom Events

By default, Trash Flow tracks every time a container is dropped, emptied, or moved; every time a customer is added to or removed from a route; every time a payment is deleted; every time a customer’s billing rate is changed; every time a change is made to a customer’s account information; and every time an account is created, closed, or suspended. Custom Events allow you to track additional activity on a customer’s account. Once you’ve created a custom event here, you can manually add the event from a customer’s activity history window. Please note that custom events do not directly affect billing; they are simple text descriptions that can be customized to track events not covered elsewhere in Trash Flow.
