Trash Flow tracks every time a container is dropped, emptied, or moved; every time a customer is added to or removed from a route; every time a payment is deleted; every time a customer’s billing rate is changed; every time a customer account is opened; every time a change is made to a customer’s account information; every time an account is created, closed, or suspended; and the initials of the user who performed the action along with a timestamp. If you own Trash Flow’s Commercial Billing module you can view this information on the Activity sub-tab of the History tab. A complete list of the options can be found here.

A customer’s activity history is always in chronological order with the newest events at the top. The initials of the user who created the event will be listed at the beginning of each entry. You can also temporarily filter the history with the three fields at the top.

  • Type lets you enter the type of event you are searching for (Charge Deleted, Print Bill, etc.).
  • User lets you enter the name of the Trash Flow user; this will show all events recorded by that user.
  • Note searches the event details for the desired text (a street name, email address, comment, etc.)
