About Editing Work Orders
Once a work order is created it appears in the customer’s history and in the dispatch window. Please note that you cannot edit a work order that has already been completed. If you have completed a work order with an error, you must delete both the work order and all charges related to that work order from the customer’s history. You can view open work orders by clicking , typing in the Work Order #, and pressing TAB.
