What is the Containers view?

The Containers view of the Financial History tab shows the container serial number and placement address associated with any container-based charges. There are potentially seven columns in this view: Date, Amount, Tax, (code) Description, Container, User, and Account #/Name.

• Date: Shows the business date of the transaction.
• Amount: Shows the amount of the transaction.
• Tax: Shows the total amount of any taxes on the transaction.
• (code) Description: Shows the three-character bill code (if applicable) and a description of the transaction.
• Container: If the entry is for a charge associated with a container placement, this field shows the container serial number (if a container was already present) and the address of the container placement.
• User: The initials of the Trash Flow user who entered the transaction.
• Account#Name: This option shows when the account is the master Bill to account and View Sub Accounts is selected; it shows the account number and name related to the charge.
