What are Account Types?

Each customer account in Trash Flow is designated an account type of Residential, Commercial, or Contract. This Account Type can then be used when creating charges, when running reports, etc.

You can also set different terms to print on customers' bills for each account type. Note that terms for Commercial and Contract customers will be the same; the Contract option is normally used to designate business customers who you want to sign a contract for service every year.
