What is Pay By Group?

This command automatically enters a payment amount equal to the outstanding balance for each customer in a bill group, effectively bringing everyone’s balance back to 0. Pay by Group is mostly used by haulers who collect cash payments from every commercial customer along a route. Most haulers should never use the Pay by Group command in the billing menu.
