Customers (choose a customer), Print > Coupon Book

Choose what Account Type and Billing Group of customers to print coupon books for. Note that if you choose to print coupons for all billing groups at once, those customers must pay with the same frequency—all quarterly, all monthly, etc. Choose what Business customers to receive coupon books are assigned to. Type a brief note to your customers using Message Line 1 and Message Line 2, if desired. Click OK.

Choose a number of Periods to print coupons for. Choose a Period Start Date, and Period End Date. Note that the date range must correspond to the number of periods chosen for the coupons to print. Choose which Form Type to use. If printing the coupons on a dot matrix printer, check DOT MATRIX Printer type. Click OK to print.

About Coupon Books

Coupon books can provide customers with reminders of the due date and amount of their regular trash bill. Any contradictory or incorrect settings when configuring the number of periods can cause errors that prevent the coupons from printing; if you get any such errors here, you may want to call Trash Flow technical support.
