However, we are open to receiving applications for when we are ready to add to our programming team in the future.

You could start the day working on an Android App, clean up a desktop UI after lunch, and finish the day fine tuning a socket protocol. This position begins as a 2+/- month paid internship. If the intern shows an aptitude for programming, their time at Ivy may be extended and lead to the possibility of a full-time employment offer.

Administrative Assistant


Do you take pride in giving the best customer support every time you pick up the phone? If so, we are looking for someone to assist our payment processing team. This is a chance to work with a company that values its people – a place where you have room to be creative, the environment is relaxed, and there is potential for upward mobility.

In this role, you will answer and direct incoming calls and emails, assist customers with general inquiries about their payments, troubleshoot payment error issues, and schedule training. If you can’t address a problem, you will escalate the call to another team member to ensure the customer’s needs get met promptly. At Ivy, we take our customer support seriously.


Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through ability

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a collaborative environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other administrative programs
